As part of a morning round of interviews, Gillian Keegan was speaking to ITV News as it was confirmed there could potentially be hundreds more schools affected by the crisis.
In the moments after the main body of the interview had finished, and as the camera repositioned for extra shots, Keegan - still wearing her microphone - criticised others and claimed the government has gone over and above in addressing concerns relating to reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (Raac).
Does anyone ever say, you know what, you've done a f***ing good job because everyone else has sat on their a**** and done nothing, Ms Keegan said.
She added: Any sign of that, no?

Former British School, now nursery. Mainly of 1872, replacing building of 1813, but small extensions of c1900 to rear sides and C20 rear extension. 1872 building is of Bargate stone rubble with Bath stone dressings and gabled slate roofs with fretted wooden bargeboards and cast iron cresting. Gothic style symmetrical building with central hall and wings of one or two classrooms on either side.
One storey: eight casement windows to front. The centre is recessed with two gables with fretted wooden bargeboards and tall twelve-light windows. The principal feature is a central projecting circular tower with chamfered base with buttresses, above an octagonal section with trefoil heads and pointed canopies, band of quatrefoils and clock face to top and delicate stone spire with cast iron finial. The central door has been blocked. On either side are projecting gabled wings with fretted wooden bargeboards, trefoil decorations to the gables and central ten-light casements flanked by four-pane lights.
Dedication stone at the base of each gable, one the corner stone of the 1813 building, the other of the 1872 building. Right elevation has half-hipped gable with fretted bargeboards and eight-light window but C20 door below. Four further four-light windows. Left side has similar half-hipped gable and window, now with C20 door, two four-light windows and early C20 brick and glazed square porch. To the rear of the side elevations are small c1900 extensions of red brick in stretcher bond with stone dressings tiled roofs and mullioned and transomed windows. Flat-roofed brick later C20 extension to rear.
Interior has C20 suspended ceilings so that the roof trusses are not visible. Original glazed screen survives to left wing.

The end elevations have arched windows which match the central block. All the large windows have keystones with cherubs' heads. The main door in the centre of the central block has Ionic columns with a broken pediment containing a cartouche of the arms of Liverpool. Each wing has three square-headed doors approached by steps. The wall, railings and gate piers on School Lane are also listed at Grade I.
The 2005-2008 renovation at a cost of £14 million also included a new 2250 square metre extension, the architects being BIQ Architecten. The architects found that there were 32 different floor levels in the old building. They carried out much structural change to produce exhibition areas with better accessibility. The new extension is built mainly in brick to link with the old building, although it has a copper roof and more modern materials internally. The new wing houses a flexible performance area and four art galleries. In addition, the complex provides studios for artists and craftspeople, a restaurant and a café and a number of retail outlets

The school moved into the new facility in 1868. In 1878, at Sir Titus's request, the Saltaire Factory school pupils moved to new buildings a few streets away and Salt Building became a High School. We still get visitors who went to school here popping in today.

They were social centres hosting amateur dramatics and concert parties. By the 1960s the term Sunday School could refer to the building and not to any education classes, and by the 1970s even the largest Sunday School at Stockport had been demolished. The Macclesfield Large Sunday School was rescued and converted into the Macclesfield Heritage Centre.
The Sunday school closed in September 1973. It had stopped keeping registers in 1967 when average attendance was fourteen. Funds were disbursed to various missionary organisations. Though the fabric of the building was deteriorating it was listed as a Grade II* Listed Building because of its historical significance. Stockport Sunday School had already been lost. A new charitable trust, The Macclesfield Sunday School Heritage Trust, was formed and funds were raised and the building restored. Essential work and fitting out the museum cost £500,000. The building is now known as The Old Sunday School and is managed by Macclesfield Museums. It has multiple uses which include a Museum with Victorian School Room

Latchford is a predominantly residential area, Latchford lies between the River Mersey and the Manchester Ship Canal, and broadly consists of 19th-century terraced housing and some open space. The canal is crossed here by a swing bridge, a high-level road bridge and the now disused Latchford railway viaduct.
Its name came from Anglo-Saxon Læccford meaning boggy-stream ford
Latchford was originally a township in the ancient parish of Grappenhall, in Cheshire. It was also part of Bucklow Hundred, and was close to the border with Lancashire.
Between 1894 and 1974, part of Latchford was placed within the County Borough of Warrington, and the registration county of Lancashire, whilst the rest of Latchford became a civil parish named Latchford Without and was transferred to Lancashire.
With the local government reforms of 1974, as part of the newly formed Cheshire borough of Warrington, Latchford was transferred back to Cheshire

Description: Tony Smith image Alamy 2CBTEEY - John Houlding (c.‰August 1833 “ 17 March 1902) was an English businessman, most notable for being Lord Mayor of Liverpool, and the founder of Liverpool Football Club. In November 2018, Houlding was commemorated with a bronze bust outside Anfield to mark the 125th anniversary of Liverpool F.C.
Prior to his election Houlding was involved with the city's first professional football team, Everton F.C. In 1882, a ruling forced Everton to play their games at an enclosed ground, having previously played them on the public Stanley Park. A meeting held in the Sandon Hotel in Anfield, Liverpool, owned by Houlding, led to Everton F.C. renting a field off Priory Road. When the owner of this field eventually asked them to leave, Houlding secured a new pitch at Anfield Road, paying a small rent to John Orrell, a fellow brewer. The first football match at Anfield was on 28 September 1884, when Everton beat Earlestown 5-0.
At Anfield stands were erected, attendance figures reached 8,000 per game, and Everton became a founding member of the Football League in 1888. However, Houlding was beginning to annoy the club
he increased the rate of interest on his loan to the club, and the players were forced to use the Sandon Hotel in Oakfield Road for changing, both before and after games.
Memorial to Houlding outside Anfield on the 125th anniversary of Liverpool F.C.
Houlding purchased the land at Anfield Road from Orrell in 1885 and charged rent to Everton F.C. Orrell owned land next to the ground and planned to build an access road across Houlding's land. The only way to stop this was to rent Orrell's land or buy it. Houlding wanted Everton F.C. to buy his land and Orrell's land by floating the club. If his proposals had been accepted, Houlding would have made a lot of money from the purchase of the land and the club would have been run by a small number of large shareholders.
Many of the club's members accused Houlding of trying to make a profit at the club's expense

The pedestrianised street, which runs along the west side of the Rochdale Canal, is lined with gay bars and restaurants. At night time, and in daytime in the warmer months, the street is filled with visitors, often including gay and lesbian tourists from all over the world. The northern end of the street meets Minshull Street and the southern meets Princess Street
part of the street looks across the Rochdale Canal into Sackville Park.
90's Focus led to several of the pubs on or near Canal Street acquiring a predominantly gay clientele. In 1991, Manto (Manchester Tomorrow) bar opened at no. 46. It was built in 1989 by Benedict Smith Architects. Unlike the other gay bars at that time, Manto had large glass windows, allowing the casual passer-by to view what was going on inside. Previously, many establishments catering for the gay community were often keen to conceal activities from the general public, but the architectural design of Manto was seen as a queer visual statement of we're here, we're queer “ get used to it, and a brick-and-mortar refusal to hide any more, or to remain underground and invisible.
Over the next decade, more numerous and larger bars opened along the canal side, turning Canal Street into the centre of the most successful gay village in Europe. Because of this, the Canal Street street signs are regularly defaced to read Anal Treet or Anal Street. The success was further enhanced by the use of Canal Street and its bars in several television series, including Bob and Rose and Queer as Folk, both written by Russell T Davies.

Description: Tony Smith image Alamy 2AGTXBD - Dorney Lake (also known as Eton College Rowing Centre, and as Eton Dorney as a 2012 Summer Olympics venue) is a purpose-built rowing lake in England. It is near the village of Dorney, Buckinghamshire, and is around 3 km (2 miles) west of Windsor and Eton, close to the River Thames.
The lake is privately owned and financed by Eton College, which spent £17 million developing it. Additional grants, totalling £500,000, were obtained from Sport England, UK Sport, the DCMS and SEEDA in order to build the lake's finish tower. The project was completed in 2006, after 10 years of construction. Although it is primarily for use by the school, the facilities are hired out for rowing, as well as for canoeing, dragon boating, open water swimming and triathlon.
Since the lake was opened, a number of annual regattas that were previously held on the River Thames have been transferred to the lake. These include the Marlow Regatta in June, the Metropolitan Regatta in May/June, and the Wallingford Regatta in May.
The lake's dimensions follow the FISA rules for a rowing lake suitable for hosting a World Rowing Championship, World Rowing Cup or Olympic regatta:

It is situated along the Bridgewater Canal, and forms one of the principal settlements of Grappenhall and Thelwall civil parish. According to the 2001 UK census, the population of the entire civil parish was 9,377.
Grappenhall is mentioned in the Domesday Book with the name Gropenhale and with a valuation of five shillings.
St Wilfrid's Church has a carving of a cat on the west face of the tower. This is believed to be Lewis Carroll's inspiration for the grinning Cheshire Cat in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. The church itself was first constructed in 1120, though was rebuilt 400 years later. The church was also, at a time, in the possession of the Boidelle (Boydell) family.
Along with the church, the centre of the village contains two pubs “ the Parr Arms and the Ram's Head “ and Grappenhall Hall Residential School (no longer a Residential School) and St. Wilfrid's Primary School. Bradshaw Community Primary School is located north of the village centre.
Parts of the Case-Book of Sherlock Holmes were filmed in the centre of Grappenhall. The village name appears in the title of the song Grappenhall Rag, by the Darwen singer-songwriter Bryn Haworth.
Grappenhall is home to the 25th Warrington East (St. Wilfrid's) Scout Troop. There is also a cricket ground, which is the home of Grappenhall Cricket Club.
