30 is the designation of Interstate 30, a freeway that runs from Texas to Arkansas. My Beatles White Album has 30 tracks on it.
30 was the route number of the Transport For London bus blown up by terrorists in Tavistock Square during the 7 July 2005 London bombings. The bomb was detonated from the top deck of a number 30 double-decker bus, a Dennis Trident 2 (fleet number 17758, registration LX03 BUF, two years in service at the time) operated by Stagecoach London and travelling its route from Marble Arch to Hackney Wick.

The next to last band on last night at the Warrington Music Festival in Golden Square and Queens gardens. A cracking set, only wished they could have done another 2 or 3 tracks. Shame it was running late.

Photobooth was the first EP from St Albans dance punk lads Friendly Fires in mid 2006. It more or less slipped under the radar until the bands full first album came out. The name Friendly Fires originates from the opening track of the Manchester Factory label 'Section 25' LP 'Always Now'. (Maybe a track from them later in this series).
The first self titled album was certified double gold in the UK. The band was nominated for a Best Breakthrough Award at The South Bank Show Awards and for \u2018Best Dancefloor Filler\u2019 at the NME Awards. They were also second on the bill on the NME Awards Tour 2009.
On 21 July 2009, the band was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize. On 19 January 2010, the band was nominated for two Brit Awards
Best British Group and British Breakthrough Act.
