At the International Exhibition held in London in 1862, Messrs. Cyrus Price and Co., first placed their safes in open competition with the world's leading makers, where the excellent qualities of their Holdfast and Fire-resisting safes and patent locks gained the prize medal awarded for new and special improvements.
