We're currently working alongside potential funders and senior management to assess the options available to them to restructure Lane End Developments Construction and allow it to continue to operate and deliver housing projects.
The contractor had been developing schemes with a string of housing associations, including L&Q, Jigsaw Homes and Onward, when it announced its collapse in April.
At the time, the three landlords said they were disappointed and concerned about the firm's collapse, but none were named in the list of creditors that are owed money.
The administrator's proposal shows that for the year end of 31 May 2022, Lane End had a turnover of more than £81m, but its profit for the year was less than £178,000. Tangible assets were just over £1m.

Last week, Black Sheep announced administrators had been appointed after being hit very hard by the pandemic and a rise in costs.
The company, which employs around 50 members of staff, was founded in 1992 and has become a tourist hotspot bringing a significant amount of footfall to the town.
One local business owner told the Stray Ferret people are worried about a potential loss of income for their own businesses if the brewery doesn't survive.

The hall was designed by James Gibbs and built in 1750 for Thomas Patten, Esq. It became known as Bank Hall, and originally stood in open fields on the edge of the town, surrounded by extensive landscaped gardens and with nothing to obscure the views south to the River Mersey and the Cheshire countryside beyond.
It remained like this until early in the 19th century when, because of the growth of the town and its industries, a perimeter wall was built around the estate to provide some privacy.
The main hall
Its front south facade has nine bays. The centre area has four large three-quarter attached composite columns with a pediment bearing the arms of the Patten family. In the middle there is also an open two-arm staircase, with a fine wrought iron balustrade, leading up to the main entrance, which is flanked by a pair of arched windows with the typical Gibbs surround.
The pediments of the windows on the main floor in the side sections have alternating triangular and elliptical heads. The construction year, 1750, is shown on the rainwater-heads on the sides of the building.
The north side of the hall is completely of brick and altogether simpler.
As more traffic started to use Sankey Street, the Patten family built a high brick wall in front of the building to give them privacy. But when the council bought Bank Hall in 1870 and turned it into Warrington's new town hall, local people started to complain that they were paying rates which helped to look after the building “ but they couldn't even see it!
So Frederick Monks, one of the town's earliest councillors, came up with an idea. As a local ironmaster, he could give the town hall a fitting entrance

The store traded from its site on Chester's Eastgate Street from 1791 until 2021. Once regarded as the Harrods of the North, the building interior contains many ornate features such as glass-domed roofs and elaborate plasterwork surrounding small chandeliers in the main entrance area. Some of the glass roof on the second floor has been concealed as it has been covered by the construction of the third-floor extension which contained the main café and Kalmora Spa.
The oldest part of the store is housed in the Grade I listed Crypt Chambers, designed by T. M. Penson incorporating Georgian, Tudor and Gothic facades. Construction was completed in 1858. The building incorporates part of the Chester Rows. On the front of the tower at Row level is a blank scroll, on the east face is a recessed panel containing the initials W. B. (for William Brown), on the west face the initials are C. B. (for Charles Brown) and on the rear face is a scroll inscribed AD 1858: Crypt Chambers. The Gothic facade frontage is built over a medieval undercroft dating from the twelfth century. The undercroft most recently contained 'The Tea Press' tea room.
Another extension to the building was completed in 1965 to link Browns to the nearby Grosvenor shopping centre. A new three-story extension was built in 2002 on the site formerly occupied by the offices of the Chester Chronicle.
It was acquired by Debenhams in 1976. Browns was the only store in the group to retain its own trading name alongside the standard 'Debenhams' branding. Debenhams entered liquidation in early 2021 and all remaining stores closed during May that year. The building is owned by British Land

A fundamental restructuring of the retailer has been deemed necessary with coronavirus having forced the closure of its 67 stores across the country.
Statements from JD Sports explain that one effect of the enforced COVID-19 shutdown was bringing into sharper focus the operating costs of the business , with a particular issue being its extremely inflexible property leases.
Those leases are said to have entailed upwards only rent reviews, which contributed to JD Sports taking the view that it would need to fundamentally overhaul Go Outdoors in order to justify retaining it as part of its wider group.
Advisers were appointed to support the process of Go Outdoors potentially being sold in May but it was subsequently decided that a pre-pack administration deal would be the best route forward.
A consideration of £56.5 million has been paid by JD Sports to reacquire Go Outdoors, with plans in place to see the employment of more than 2,000 staff of the business transferred alongside ownership of its assets.
JD Sports has said it is the group's intention to retain the majority of Go's retail estate and preserve as many job as possible .
Go Outdoors primarily sells fishing, camping and cycling equipment across its 67 outlets in the UK and via its online presence.
Retail businesses were already faced with a tough operating environment prior to the coronavirus crisis but the COVID-19 lockdown has heaped further financial pressures on to the sector in recent months.
Peter Cowgill, JD Sports' executive chairman, said in a statement: As a consequence of COVID-19, Go Outdoors was no longer viable as previously structured and would have absorbed capital at an unsustainable rate for the foreseeable future.
Having investigated all available options for the business, we firmly believe that this restructuring will provide Go Outdoors

Dawson's was founded in 1898 by piano tuner John Dawson and has had a major presence from its Sankey Street HQ, since 1914.

It is unknown what will become of it when Debenhams closes but, in a recent interview, Golden Square director Ian Cox said there was interest in the unit.
After scraping through previous years, the pandemic saw Debenhams finally fall into administration.
In January, online fashion retailer Boohoo bought the Debenhams brand and website in a £55million rescue deal that will see the company operate as an online-only retailer from next year.
Debenhams in Golden Square reopened on April 12 for a final closing down sale when non-essential retailers were given the green light to reopen.
The number of jobs lost in Warrington and altogether as a result is still unknown, but with stores closing across the 242-year-old brand, it is unlikely many of the remaining 12,000 jobs will be saved.
A Debenhams spokesman said: We are now heading into the final days of our closing down sale and this is the very last chance for our customers to take advantage of some incredible deals.
With up to 80 per cent off across our remaining stores, customers are urged to shop now while stocks last.
Over the next 10 days, Debenhams will close its doors on the high street for the final time in its 242-year history.

Birmingham's oldest venue. It was designed by Joseph Hansom and Edward Welch and modelled on a classical temple, hence the columns on the outside. It opened in 1834.
Its debut as a rock and pop venue came in the late 1950s and 1960s. Buddy Holly, The Rolling Stones, Black Sabbath and numerous bands and solo artists have appeared there. It closed in 1996 for a make over and refurbishment and re-opened in 2007. It is now one of the city's more posher venues and tends to attract the more sedate kind of acts, although it was the site of an Ozzy Osbourne homecoming concert!

In 1861 his grandson John Aynsley built the historic Portland Works on Sutherland Road, Longton, Staffordshire.The company's profitability made it a desirable acquisition. Debenhams is preparing to call in administrators after the struggling department store was forced to close all its outlets under the coronavirus lockdown.
The company, which has 22,000 staff and was rescued by its lenders after collapsing into administration only a year ago, is understood to be considering filing a formal notice of intention to appoint administrators next week. The legal process provides protection from creditors for 10 working days while a company tries to secure a rescue deal.
Potential administrators lined up this time include KPMG, which handled the Debenhams restructure last May.
A Debenhams spokesman said: Like all retailers, we are making contingency plans reflecting the extraordinary current circumstances. Our owners and lenders remain highly supportive and whatever actions we may take will be with a view to protecting the business during the current situation.
They added: While our stores remain closed in line with government guidance, and the majority of our store-facing colleagues have been furloughed, our website continues to trade and we are accepting customer orders, gift cards and returns.
It is understood that the potential insolvency measure would be intended to protect the business so it could continue to trade.
Debenhams was taken over last year by a group of its financial backers, including the US hedge funds Silver Point and GoldenTree, after falling into administration. It then used an insolvency process known as a company voluntary arrangement (CVA) to cull unprofitable sites and cut rents.
The group has closed 22 stores, 19 of which shut in January, resulting in more than 700 job losses. A further 28 of its remaining 141 stores had been lined up for permanent closure next year.
